Went in for a trim (same stylist had cut my hair before). This last visit was a complete nightmare. Girl gutted the back center of my butt length hair. I asked she take four inches and make all one length in that area she made many choppy layers taking FEET from the center. Then when I was paying she was rambling about locks of Love? Odd. I cry everyday for a month I had worked for years to get my hair that long with no texturizing and she also did that.
