I went to another salon (won't mention the name) and had a very bad experience. My hair was a wreck and I thought it was unfixable. The staff at Split Ends made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I came in. They made me feel confident about fixing my hair. They explained what went wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. I was immediately at ease and knew I was in good hands. Thank you Wendy and staff for a great experience. I will definitely go back.
