Took my minivan today to have it washed and the entire right side of my car came out completely untouched. The left side was washed, but the right side doesn’t even look like water hit it. Would have complained, but couldn’t find anyone to speak to. Pictures show the writing my kids did in the dirt and also the dirt/rain marks on the car.
THEY Are RUDE & VERY DISRESPECTFUL.. PEOPLE ... They Need to GO FIND A GARBAGE DUMP & JUMP IN ...
Change the Management!! He is rude and unprofessional, and should NOT be allowed to deal with the Public at all. Terrible human being!!

Please accept my 6.25 dollar donation in stall number 1 of your self service stalls. Consider it a learning experience on both parts. Fix your shit and don't expect a repeat use by me.
You don't make a customer wait in line 35 minutes only to find out your machine accepts just cash! Really? Put a sign up! What a waste of my time.
Had a problem with the basic self wash so the guy paid for me to drive thru and get the max splash with no problem...
I will always go there to wash my car it always dose the job but when it dosent they are fare about it they will be quick to give u a refunn or a rewash witch ever u would rather have
