Alexandra, as always, was very nice and professional. I always have a great experience and it’s a pleasure to go there.
I was there today for the first time, had a 6:00 appointment. Walked in and noobe said anything to me or even made eye contact. Felt very uncomfortable. Waited 15 minutes and left. Person that I had an appointment with was running late which I was not informed. Very unprofessional and will never go back.

Spectacular experience! Aleksandra was the one of two hairstyles who ever had appreciated my natural hair color and she did everything to save as much of it as possible while covering my gray one that started showing up recently. Another aspect that made my visit at the Splendor Salon surprisingly possitive was the hair products they used. I'd always thought that stinging and burning sensations were normal parts of hair dying. Splendor proved me wrong. Will be back for sure!
