I made an appointment for Karen the hair stylist to do my hair. She never showed up for the appointment, and never contacted me to reschedule. She us very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of products and current styles. Please I advise you not to make an appointment with her or the other woman who style hair both women are not honest or professional.

They were very kind and fit us in as walk ins but on their website they say a pedicure is $45, and a "deluxe" pedicure is $85....we got spa pedicures thinking they were $45 and they charged us $70 each so beware. They're nearby to our house but I likely won't go there again because that is a very steep price for a basic spa pedicure.
Lily did an amazing job with my gel set and was so kind and professional as she walked me through the process. It was clear she had a lot of expertise and she took the time to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend!
Do not bother to make a hair appointment; they will not honor it nor will they care. There's a reason this place is always empty. I called Thursday and made an appointment for 10:30am Saturday, got a text confirmation. Great. Showed up on Saturday and the woman who was supposed to cut our hair said that must be a mistake. She looked at the calendar on the computer and said oh yeah, you ARE here, but I'm still doing my 10 a.m. so can we reschedule? I rescheduled for noon on Monday.
