I recently had such a great dining experience at Splendid Noodle in Stony Brook, New York! I ordered the roasted duck with hand-cut noodles and extra vegetables, including fresh bok choy, and it was truly an authentic experience from start to finish. One of the coolest parts was being able to watch the chefs through the kitchen as they prepared the noodles—either hand-pulling them or cutting them with a knife right before serving. can’t see the noodles but this was so so good! the bowl didn’t seem too big but there was SO much food inside, i barely finished it. all for $12! such a steal!!!! the worker there was super sweet and it’s a restaurant that’ll definitely attract students for their portions and price. food came out fast too!
Just tried this noodle place and it was excellent! I ordered the Spare Rib with Hand Pulled Noodles and added a pan fried egg. Order was ready very quickly and was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. I would definetly come back again!
