Update, 5 months from previous review. I had to finish off the gift card balance so I popped in for a pedi. Today's visit was redemption ~much better. My service didn't feel rushed and my polish looks evenly applied lol. I guess it really depends on who they stick you with. My husband keeps buying me gift cards for this place ~its definitely the thought that counts ~but each time I go it gets worse! 21 minutes from start to finish for a pedicure! I Took my daughter here and they lady did my daughters and my nails before the man got done doing a friend of mine and we all got the same. Not only did i have to ask her if i could wash my hands first but she wouldn't even take the time to clean up our nails correctly, and as I asked her if she would she told me I don't need to do that its okay, so i asked to do it myself and she told me i could do it after she got done or at home.
