I’d give this place no stars over priced and my sister and I went and hour and half before they closed which was plenty of time for a pedicure and they rushed so much I couldn’t even enjoy it or getting my nails done. Plus she kept saying don’t you want long nails no I told you short and tall still didn’t listen! Screw yall 138 dollars later rip off.
Asked for them to redo my toes after not being satisfied of a specific design on my nails and ended up leaving with mix match colors and charged extra for “French design” on my feet that was never mentioned when I asked for it. I have gave the multiple chances after being disappointed on 2 other occasions to complete this review. I will not be returning!
Amazing service
I had a very positive experience during my initial visit to this salon two weeks ago, which is why I chose to return for a pedicure and fill-in ahead of Easter. On my first visit, despite the salon being busy, John, the owner, was welcoming and ensured I was assisted promptly. That level of efficiency and customer care made a great impression. The picture on the left is what I wanted. The picture on the right is what it ended up looking like. I told the guy several times that I wanted stiletto and he cut it into a coffin shave and then proceeded to make it a coffin shape even though I specifically stated that I wanted stiletto.
