Yikes! My nails were all uneven. I was trying to be patient and trust the process. But when he went to apply the gel polish and my nails were extremely uneven and misshaped. I got up and left. I never do that but I was so upset. My nails were much longer and I have an event that I wanted to look good for but now my nails are butchered and uneven.
Let me begin by saying I am a licensed nail technician myself. I have close friends that are Vietnamese and speak very fluently. I debated a lot before I decided to make this review. I also understand that I came in late requesting assistance and was prepared to possibly be told they could not do both services. I saw Susan at the salon this evening. I told her I wanted darker base color for my french tips, one where you couldn't see my natural nail through. She got really frustrated when I spoke up and asked for a darker shade since I could still see through them. She went and chose a sparkly baby pink, and when I voiced, I didn't want anything with shimmer with a harsh tone she stated, "go pick it out yourself". i came to this shop about a week ago and henry did my toes 2 of them have already messed up, i was told several different prices ranging from $55-$90 for french tip gel on my nails with 2 acrylic toes. the communication was horrible, he was getting mad when i asked for what i wanted or his mistake to be fixed. it took him all of 25 minutes to finish which is unusual he didn’t give the full experience! i wanted to get my nails done as well but the energy was terrible, customer service was terrible, the service i got was absol... read more
