The quality of work here has significantly declined. I’ve been a consistent customer since 2018 despite repeated poor customer service. Today, I came in for a gel pedicure 45 minutes before closing and was not greeted for several minutes. I had to ask if walk-ins were accepted. A male technician at the front desk avoided checking me in and walked to the back. I thoroughly enjoyed my service this evening. I originally came in for a removal and ended up leaving with a beautiful new overlay set. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a family-oriented environment that made me feel comfortable right away. The bar seating was a bit uncomfortable at first, but once I was moved to a station, everything was great and I was very happy with my experience overall. Will return for more services
