It has been about a year since I’ve been coming to do my nails here. Danny does an amazing job. Highly recommend him!!
The nail polish is coming off and I asked them to fix it for me. I was told that there are no guarantees after five days. Which I didn't know. And then today just makes day 6. You tell me that you couldn't make a small exception to make a customer happy. I just wanted them to polish the two that the nail polish had come off of. That's sad!!!!
Yikes! My nails were all uneven. I was trying to be patient and trust the process. But when he went to apply the gel polish and my nails were extremely uneven and misshaped. I got up and left. I never do that but I was so upset. My nails were much longer and I have an event that I wanted to look good for but now my nails are butchered and uneven.
Let me begin by saying I am a licensed nail technician myself. I have close friends that are Vietnamese and speak very fluently. I debated a lot before I decided to make this review. I also understand that I came in late requesting assistance and was prepared to possibly be told they could not do both services. I gave 2 stars for the kindness and efforts that the 2 staff provided to me even though I came in late requesting services. I also left both of them a tip as well which brought my total to $160. I saw Susan at the salon this evening. I told her I wanted darker base color for my french tips, one where you couldn't see my natural nail through. She got really frustrated when I spoke up and asked for a darker shade since I could still see through them. She went and chose a sparkly baby pink, and when I voiced, I didn't want anything with shimmer with a harsh tone she stated, "go pick it out yourself".
