I had a great experience here. The booking process was smooth and everything was clear from the start, which I really appreciated. The environment was welcoming and peaceful, and I even noticed they had gospel music playing, which made the atmosphere feel even better. She was professional. She takes pride in what she does! Shes a believer! I have butt length knotless and was out under 4 hrs. My hair looks amazing. I will keep going to her. She literally took me on a Saturday when everyone else was booked. She had the color I wanted and her prices are fair. You will not be disappointed! Hands down this was the best experience I have had. Fast and she made sure I left satisfied. Anytime I get my hair braided im going to her.
Very disappointed. I would give a 0 star. Very rude . I came to make my hair. Asked her if she had available time she informed me to come back. When I showed up another customer came . I allowed her to make go ahead and said I would be back. Again I came back and went in . She denied she ever told be to come back. My point is treat everyone with RESPECT. Don’t pick and choose who you favor, you have a business to run. Customer service is a key component in achieving success in your business.
