Unprofessional. I made a 9am appointment to get mid back knotless boho braids. The owner arrived on time just to tell me she has to go pick someone up. She told me it would only take 30mins but it took over an hour for her to come back. Once she comes back she has me start sectioning my boho pieces to “speed up the process.” Once she completed the front half of my hair she left and told the other braider to finish the rest.
