My experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share my honest feedback from beginning to end. Upon arriving, the office appeared unorganized and unprepared. The environment did not feel welcoming, safe, or professional. Shortly after checking in, I observed concerning behavior from a woman who appeared to oversee the billing department. She spoke to the front desk staff in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Procedure went well, everyone was super friendly.
Mary and Dr.Tran were amazing!! Super welcoming, very reassuring, and took very good care of my fiancé and his teeth. If we need anything at all done with our teeth, we will definitely be coming back! 1000/5 stars!!
