We contacted Splashtime when our former pool company was not returning calls and doing sub par work. Dan and his crew came out and evaluated our issues and told us what we needed. We had Dan complete all of the work and we could not be happier. I highly recommend Splashtime for all of your pool needs.

Dan was a great help communicating back and forth with me when my hot tub stopped running. We were able to troubleshoot it, without anyone coming out and it’s warming properly again. Great customer service!
New Year’s Day......-5 degrees and my built in outdoor hot tub is cold. The heater died overnight and temp is dropping fast. I called Splashtime on January 2 and spoke to Emily. She admitted that she wasn’t familiar with the heater part numbers but she was 100% willing to help. She sent me pics of all heater parts inventory on my cell phone. Dan and his whole team are fantastic! In the last year my wife and I bought a pool and hot tub with zero experience beforehand. Every time I had questions they were very willing and often times went above and beyond to help me. It’s sometimes tough to find a business so dedicated to their customers but this store is beyond words. I’ll be a loyal customer for many many years to come!
