RecommendedEverything from sales to service they are amazing!! We just got our hot tub tonight and we absolutely love it. The owner was here also walking us through everything we need to know about our new amazing hot tub. We would recommend splash time pools to all our friends and family.
We LOVE our hot tub from Splashtime! We use it every single day. My wife and I are both in high stress jobs and everything melts away the second we slip under the water. Dan and all the staff at splashtime are absolutely fantastic. From the initial installation, to helping us fix a loose connection on a Sunday!... they have been nothing short of spectacular!! These guys did a great job on moving my hot tub. What a difference it makes when you have the right people and tools for the job. They made it extremely easy and did a fantastic job.
Words can’t begin to express how great these people truly are! First time hot tub owner here-I was clueless on what to do. They walked me step by step all the way, be it via phone, in the store, or fb message. They gave me a incredible deal on my Lay-Z-Boy Spa and their pricing is honestly the best out there. I currently own a hot tub which I’ve had for 10 years. It was purchased from an out of state company when I lived in Milwaukee. I am doing a repair and sent an email to the store at the request of a store employee. She assured me the owner checks all emails and wether or not it was purchased at Splash Time he would read the email and respond with an answer to the requested help. I do not recommend any part of their dishonest business.
The employees are top notch! Very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with any question or concern I have about my pool or hot tub. They carry a ton of products, and will test our water- recommending whatever it is I need to make sure everything is balanced. Highly recommend!!
