I just recently had my first facial done while at the casino, I'm giving it a 5 star rating that's well deserved! When I walked in I felt as if the establishment is very clean & appealing to the to the eye. The staff were very accommodating, helpful in guiding me in the right direction in what type of services to purchase for the day, and completely professional at all times! I have been to the spa a few times and every time was a great experience, mani/pedi and facial with Andrea was very relaxing and very well done! I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Loved it!
Horrifyingly unprofessional establishment. I can get past delays and mistakes, I cannot get past rudeness, lack of consideration, and a refusal to accept responsibility for wrong doings. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a spa and in dealing with a business in general. Thank you for ruining what was supposed to be a day of relaxation.
Don’t waste your time or money at this spa. The lack of customer service is highly disappointing.
