It was a delightful experience. Starting with Lori on the phone who made my appointment right away. And the hairdresser Lily was excellent.
Mallory took her time with me, explaining all my options. She gave me her professional recommendation and never once did I feel pressured to buy a product or service like at other places. She was super nice and especially meticulous about the work she did on my hair. I was surprised at the time it took (half the time I expected) and the results were AMAZING... Highly recommend this salon and Mallory's work.
