I called up a day before to make my haircut appointment. I had a 12 o’clock appointment I get there at 12 o’clock and they tell me I have to wait 45 minutes because they’re backed up. This is beyond unprofessional not to even call the person to let them know. I will never go there again and I recommend no one else does as well.
Amazing Staff!!!! Super friendly!!! Affordable prices and I am loving it!!! Especially since they are open also on Sundays!!!!! Just try it!!!

I loved it. I loved the way the stylist worked. She is very talented and skilled at her work. She did exactly what I asked for! I definitely recommend martha!
From my friend: Horrible experience at Splash Salon in the mall today. My daughter had a 1:00 appointment for her prom. After a half hour she still wasn’t in the chair! When the stylist Lauren was asked how much longer, she said to get someone else to do it! Nice attitude! We couldn’t wait any longer as she has her make up appointment at 2:30 so we had to leave. Lizzie now has to to her own hair. Shame on you Splash for not allowing enough time for your appointments! This was supposed to be my daughter’s special day. I will ... read more
