I really like Dave, and was extremely pleased with his service. But last year his store staff sold me 5 liters of chlorine killer in a heat wave. I did question her but she insisted I needed it. It was my mother's pool, so I assumed they knew better than I did. It took 3 weeks of cleaning the pool top to bottom, three times a day to get it clear of algae. Been helpful for years, but today the giggly girls manning the store were useless and couldn't find a basic hot tub product, spa flush, with no substitute or options. Last time, no wonder we move to Amazon.
Exceptional work and amazing service from Splash Pool and Spa! New to the Peterborough area, Splash Pool was recommended to me. Dave and his staff have always provided excellent services; opening & closing the pool, maintenance, & replaced filter. This year I needed a new liner. I called three companies for quotes.
