Nice to have an authorized Softtub dealer in Peterborough. Ordered part they emailed as soon as it was available for pickup. They quickly answered some follow up questions via email. Greatly appreciated. Good selection of parts and chemicals. Would recommend.

Good fast friendly service
Dave and staff have provided excellent service with both pool safety cover a year ago and most recently a new liner. Woild highly recommend for your pool services.
I really like Dave, and was extremely pleased with his service. But last year his store staff sold me 5 liters of chlorine killer in a heat wave. I did question her but she insisted I needed it. It was my mother's pool, so I assumed they knew better than I did. It took 3 weeks of cleaning the pool top to bottom, three times a day to get it clear of algae.
