Hi, my name is Lita. I started my membership with this car wash in Loma Linda. My start date was on the 10th of every month. They keep charging my card on Third of every month it’s supposed to be 30 days! This has been going off for three months nonstop. I drive up to get my car washed, which was yesterday and they denied me access. Therefore, I will be canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere.
I gave your car wash a 5 star rating but recently your vacuum aren't working and when using your air hose only one works. Before I really like your car wash but not so much now. I would like going back there but not under does conditions. Very disappointing. Update: they have since fixed the problem. So I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of taking their vehicle there.
I spent 20 mins in line only to be told to move my car the car in front of me back into my car Evan after honking at him . Because the the kid working at the window kept waving on there was a whole line behind me that wouldn't move i would not recommend the loma linda wash to anyone.
This car wash has a pretty good membership program, so we can go back as many times as we want our need to wash and/or vacuum our vehicles. I just hate driving a dirty car around. They tend to go fast and provide microfiber towels to dry off the last drops. They even have air to blow off some of the water, at at least one location.
I have the monthly plan, and I enjoy coming to wash my car when I am able to. It's very clean and precise, no trash on the ground, the employees are very efficient and will help you if you ask.
