I paid for a Basic+ Tire Shine. But when the wash wash done the tire was not shiny. A staff named Alex got some tire shine supplies but he did a very sloppy job. I called the attention of Kyle R. and he was very kind to get the supplies, and made my tire shine manually and superbly. Thanks much Kyle. You're an asset to the company.
