I am writing this review to inform others of my EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and TROUBLING experience at Splash Car Wash located on Mazzeo Drive in Randolph, Massachusetts. As a monthly subscriber to their top-tier wash package, I trusted this facility with my pickup truck, only to have it returned to me with SIGNIFICANT and unacceptable DAMAGES that occurred while my vehicle was on their property. One of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten anywhere!!! First went through and they put me so close to a pickup truck the brushes didn’t even touch my car!!! Then they put it thru again what an awful awful wash!!!! I’ll Make sure to tell people I know, never ever go to this ca wash!!!!! Soap Is still on the car and still dirty look at the pics!!!!
AVOID like the plague. Would give 0 stars if i could. If you care about your car and especially your wheels, stay far away. I went through this car wash ONE TIME and all 4 of my brand new wheels had curb rash on them. Will never go to this place again
