I was just there and well and had a bad experience, I was going to wash my car with a tiket that they gave me to change my cars oil, but they told me that the tiket could not be finished, they don't care for clients like me, because so I never go again, nor to change the oil nor to stop my cars there ...

I always say come here to get my oil change, wash my car, check radiator fluid. (I get the guys coffees tip well get car detailed). There’s 2 lines for oil changes. I was told to pull into the bay and then told to move back out Bc I wasn’t in the right line. Mind you THERES 2 bays 2 lines. I move out I wait 5-10 minutes not long and they tell me to come back in. Rails Slit tire of new car going through there car wash, will not take responsibility... terrible experience.... never will go back !!!
Today I had a very positive experience at Splash Car Wash in West Haven. I was serviced for two broken brake lights the price was reasonable and I also got my horn fixed and it was #breastfeedingsupportive I believe I was serviced by a man named Aaron.
Not since the 70's have I seen such GREAT work at a car wash
