Had no idea this was a hand wash and you have to get out of your car. 40 minutes for just a car wash, no way. It should be written somewhere on the business. Never again what a waste of time.
Extremely rude customer service. I believe if your paying someone for a service you would want it done the correct way. I didn’t know asking for your car vacuumed was not ok. Never will go back to this location. Extremely taken back by the way this location is run.
Terrible job with my car wash! They also lie about services so I would spend more money! Very dishonest place! I miss the old owners they always did good work and were honest!
When I spend $30+ to have my car washed and vacuuming the interior is included I expect the fry crumbs in my cup holders to be vacuumed. I shouldn’t have to get out my glass cleaner and vacuum when I get home. Seriously you have to make a conscious effort to do this bad of a job.
My car was still dirty after the wash, they scratched my odometer, and my windows were streaked so bad, and didnt even put air freshener in my car, I won't go back there ever. And won't recommend them to anyone.
