Pretty disappointed! First time getting our dog groomed, anywhere, and they shaved her chest so close that it’s red and tender. (I usually bath and shave her myself; never shaved her to where she’s red and tender.) I totally get dogs move, but I don’t understand how this could happen. Not planning to go back. :(
Our great Pyrenees always looks and smells amazing!!!! We love the cute seasonal bandanas! not a bad price for such a fluffy doggie
RecommendedTook my skittish dog in for the first time and they actually were able to cut all his nails. That has never happened before! We will be back for sure!
We were very pleased with our first time with bathing there. We will be back to try grooming. Appreciated being told about their "bath and tidy" option for in-between grooms. Will definitely be back again.

Dog returned to us with severe rash and cuts to his scrotal area. Obviously skin was clipped, not just hair. We were not notified and when we called to report the injury, no apology was offered, just the excuse that the groomer probably was unaware the skin had been cut. After paying for the grooming, tip, and vet bill , this was most expensive grooming we have ever had! Also, our dog developed an allergy to the shampoo or fragrances used, so he has been quite miserable for the past six days.
