Over a decade of the best sales and service I have been dealing with Rick Case Hyundai for 11 years now and have fond them to the best price for new cars. My family and I have purchased 7 new Hyundai cars from Chuck Ardary over the 11 years and find it to be like spending time with a good friend rather then dealing with a sales person he is extremely knowledgeable on the cars and I enjoy dealing with him. I also like your service dept. in Bedford and have used it several times when we have needed repairs done.
good job the service was good they made sure that I got the best deal. my finance charge was low . the sales people were very curtious. They offer me many options.
Betrayed Consumer I have never written a review of anything before but I was so disappointed with our experience at Rick Case Honda that I have to vent it somewhere. Just okay We took our car in for a warrenty repair and it appeared that we got the mechanic with an attitude. Although the woman at the service counter was nice it is like the old saying...if one bad apple is in the bunch it makes all look bad.

Loan officer has HORRIBLE customer service I currently own a 98 Honda Civic and have had zero problems with it other then normal wear and tear. I decided that due to Im going to have a child that it might be time for a new car so I went directly to the closest Honda Dealership, Rick Case. The sales guy David and most of the other employees were adequate at their job, besides the loan officer. I put a deposit on a fit and went thru the normal hoops. Watch Out!!! While the sales people may be friendly, the sales manager is NOT!!! Very poor customer service from him the MOMENT you drive off the lot!!! This specific dealership has LOST all their sales people but one in the last few months. New sales manager brought in to 'fix the mess' in November and he is ONLY focused on profit and has a very nasty temper as soon as you have signed on the dotted line. We're a Rick Case car family... My family has actually dealt with several Rick Case dealerships over the past few years, and they've proven to us that even if something is less than perfect, if I you bring it to their attention they'll be the first to fix it and make it right. The other reason we stick with Rick Case Auto for whatever brand I or my family needs is the rewards programs... they really add up, and there are extended warranties on new purchases that only come through Rick Case dealerships. Great place to go, just don't go across the street! This is an excellent dealership. Good place to go. HOWEVER, Rick Case is now a national automobile dealership chain, and with all chain businesses, some are good an other are horrible. Right across the street from this excellent dealership is another Rick Case car place - Rick Case Hyundi and what a nightmare that dealership is!!!
