I had a great experience at Spitzer Ford buying a new car after the transmission suddenly died in my old one. Max was very helpful finding vehicles in my budget with the features I was looking for, and he was very patient answering all my questions. The whole team was very friendly and easy to work with!
I was browsing the parking lot to look at broncos did not intend to purchase however Ashley Dawson approach and she was so so friendly not pushy helped me look for what I wanted next thing I knew I was purchasing and driving off the lot with a new car. All because Ashley was so patient and very informative. Did everything not pushy very relaxed and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend if you need a new car look for her.

I’ve been a customer for ten years and bought four vehicles in the past. I purchased a 2020 F150 and I have had this truck serviced every five thousand miles since new at this dealership. I was in for service about a week ago and had your sales manager approach me about trading my truck in on a different vehicle. I came in today and was absolutely shocked on how this dealership has changed for the worse. There is no loyalty for being a loyal customer apparently. Just Awful!
The folks at Spitzer Ford of Cuyahoga Falls are top notch. Darryl was our salesperson and was a delight to work with. We came in from out of state and he and John coordinated a seamless experience. We arrived, were warmly greeted, worked through our documents and were back on the road with our awesome new Ford! Thank you to the entire team at Spitzer!
