My Jeep showed engine check light. It took five days of waiting until somebody even looked at it. Unfortunately staff was not able to do proper diagnostics on codes 7E8 and 7E9 but charged me $249.52 for "diagnostics". My service advisor Luigi offered another another unsolicited services instead. I went to another dealership where they properly diagnosed faulty engine oil pressure sensor and replaced it.
Luigi did an amazing job working with us to get the job done. He was super patient and very understanding to our situation. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable
