I just completed a lamb roast for Memorial Day (Lamborial Day), which is my fourth time doing a full animal roast on my spitjack system- in three years. I highly recommend getting the system here. Bruce, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and a wealth of information about roasting animals. He has a fantastic guide that is included with the systems that is worth its weight in gold (literally, when roasting hundreds of dollars of meat, you have to do it right)!
Greetings from Tennessee. I have place two orders so far from spit jack and both my orders was exactly what I was looking for. The accessories fit my spit rod perfectly. All of the items was of high quality. Both orders came in a timely matter and bruce was super nice and professional. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely 5 stars.
