I have lived at Spirit on the Lake for a while, and I can say without a doubt, it has not been the same since the new management took over. The previous management team was way better. They actually communicated with residents, replied to emails, and took care of maintenance requests serious. Since the management changed, I remember having a good gentlemen that was always in the office and we liked that, unfortunately, he was moved to another site.
