I tried this place out and they are horrible. The music was poor. The waiters would pick up your plates way too soon. Staff are eating during the cruise as well as using foul language. Management are just as bad. How can I forget the floors? The floors were filthy. I was so disappointed.
Fire the manager of the Spirit of New York and you will have a great venue with great food and entertainment. He is a cocky, arrogant loud mouth that doesn’t know how to talk to people. He is in the wrong business and is a very poor representation of your business.
Very solicitous staff. Took care of me in every way that I needed. Recommended highly!
Second time with the Retiree Division of the union which I belong to. I love boats so it’s all good for me.
