The servers took too long to return with my refills while the people next to me had everything brought to them within a minute or two. Then the servers took my daughters food away while she was dancing, a full plate.

Went for my fiancé birthday they made our trip wonderful. Angie our waitress was the best. The restaurant manager Mike was great and so was the hostess. Great food music and drinks.
I am shocked at how many bad reviews Spirit has. We went for a lunch cruise yesterday and it was more than we could have asked for. The boat was beautiful, the buffet was delicious and it was very roomy aboard. I proposed to my girlfriend ,now my fiancé, and the crew went above and beyond to help and make the occasion even more special. I thought the prices were fair, it is a lunch cruise. Well where do I start!! After going round in circles for over an hour about 5 minutes away from where the boat was docked the boat finally went up and down the river. I was expecting a little commentary on what we could see from the boat but they chose to state the bleeding obvious and pointed out the Statue of Liberty.
