I can't believe how helpful Melinda was in this entire process. I walked in one day and 4 days laterI had a custom ring in my hand that was the ring of her dreams. To be real honest, look no further. They do everything you can think of to make that ring like no other.
Every time you walk into the store you are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The staff goes out of their way to help you find what you ate looking for, and even design what you want! I've love their "big dig " for many years. Even while you wait in line to dig your gems, the excitement of the possibility of digging a diamond or something nice is felt by all. Big Dig is amazing! If you go every year and sign up on the mailing list they will even send you free digs in the mail! Their sister store is Mastbergen in Sheldon, and since I live there I shop there- but Spirit Lake is more than willing to send items to their sister stores and work with their customers. Very happy.
What a great jewelry store! The customer service is wonderful! My Mom and I had a fun day there today! Picked up a Christmas present. (SHHH Not for Me!) Left a list for Santa! Tried on a lot of beautiful jewelry. They have always been great about making special items for myself and family. Thank all of you for everything! MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
