RecommendedI usually go to Spirit to grab drinks for my friends and myself. The staff has always been really nice and take the time to remember regular customers and they take more care than most places in making your drink to your liking.
Last time I had gone to get a hot coffee it tasted really old and BADLY burnt flavor. Never have I experience that at any coffee stand. Also it would great to let your customers know the correct hours. According to your page you close at 5pm but when I went at 4pm the girl at the window just stared and didn’t bother to tell me that they were close. It took her 5 minutes to finally say the business was close. Saw this happened to 4 other cars.
This is a terrible business that does not care about their customers. The larger lady that works here is very rude and should get fired
Their staff are insulting to Veterans. They are not educated enough to know not all veterans carry their dd214, which they do not know what that even was! Then i showed my VIC card which was questioned, telling me that people lie about serving their country and getting cheaper products. I was trying to purchase a muffin. When I wrote to the owner, she said she was sorry to hear I wouldn’t go there anymore over her staff doing their job. The baristas are wonderful, the coffee is delicious and the Price's are great! This is absolutely the best place to go in Albany or anywhere for that matter. 😊
