By far the worst experience ever! I will NEVER order appliances from Home Depot again as long as Spirit is the the delivery service. They delivered a dryer without a vent so instead of ordering the vent and having it delivered next day they took the whole dryer away. I had to go into Home Depot return that and in the meantime re-order another one which took another week to deliver. Fridge from Home Depot was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No communication from this company saying they weren’t going to make it and that my delivery was rescheduled one week later! We had Mass Save take our old fridge and now all the perishable food we had temporarily stored in coolers is spoiled. I’m also nursing and had a stockpile of breastmilk that went to waste. They were supposed to deliver a new fridge on May 8. I was told when they called last week that they would be calling the day before to confirm the time. As of 9:30 the night before no call. I waited on hold for over 16 minutes before being asked to leave a message and have someone call me back... no call. I needed to know when they were going to be here so that my landlord could have someone here to take the outside door off the hinge and remove the loaner fridge. The first time they were supposed to deliver my microwave, their truck broke down. They weren't supposed to deliver it that day anyway, but I guess they didn't get the message. The second time, the product was damaged so they had to re-order it. The third time, they were late and didn't call; I had to call the company and ask where were they? Really should be able to give 0 stars. Hands down the absolute worst company ever. Ordered our washer and dryer from home depot. Their delivery schedule was backed up over 2 weeks ok, I get it. The day before the call for scheduling the FOUR HOUR drop off window was a robo-call with NO information and NO way to talk with someone. Drop off window comes and goes- yes. All FOUR HOURS. Ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot The wrong refrigerator arrived with a dent in the door. I then had to re-order another refrigerator through Home Depot. On delivery number 2 The right refrigerator was delivered, but they refused to switch the doors over to open from the opposite side I offered to pay them extra and they still refused. The frigerator has an ice maker and I had purchased a new line to be changed over. This delivery service is the worst, i have been trying for 18 days to get an appliance from home depot (witch i will never do again) and they brought me a damaged item and took it back on the first trip and they will not accommodate me and bring me my new item when i can be home!!!! they stink never use them, there managers hang up on you and say "you are out of luck we only deliver when we are there too Bad" so stay away from buying anything at home depot and don't ever use these guys!!!!!!! i am only giving them a star cau... read more
