Franklin MA office: extremely courteous and helpful, even when I was at end of my tether...ty folks! Coventry VT: ENTITLED INCOMPETANCE. Rude and resfused to assist me....Past 2 weekends have been a cr@$ show. 6 total hrs in car, canceled exec mtgs for this. Don't tell me your busy...we all are! The worst company ever! We purchased a fridge from Home Depot. SL called to confirm delivery time. I emptied the old fridge, and moved furniture. I waited, as the time grew closer to the delivery time, I had not heard from anyone. I call them to ask when they were coming, and I was told that the fridge was "not pulled" so it would not be delivered. Yet no one was going to call me to tell me this. I respect our drivers and understand their hurdles. It seems at spirit logistics in Franklin, ma. There is only one person capable of critical thinking and he ( or she) is out today. I purchased an oven from Home Depot a month ago. Snowstorm on first deliver day was nobody’s fault. Today however my delivery drivers called with a ten minute warning. I got really nervous when I read the reviews. They were delivering my new LG dual fuel range. They called on time, delivered on time, were professional and no damage. I was perfectly satisfied.

I give them ZERO stars. A month and a half I have had a dishwasher sitting in my driveway waiting for pickup. I call and get put on hold for 15 minutes while they count down my position in the queue, only to be sent to voicemail. The message promises a call back and I never get one. How they are still in business is beyond me. They must do their work for free for Home Depot because nobody would ever work with a company as unresponsive and dismissive as Spirit Delivery. I ordered a new stove from home depot which had to be delivered by Spirit. I got the call confirming delivery for Monday 6/14 the morning of said delivery and was told that they could not find my product and they needed to do a dock search. I don't hear for anyone and call that same day and they said they have no done it yet. I call again on 6/15 and I am told no one has looked for my product. My husband took 2 days off from work to deal with spirit...well, make that 3 because he is dealing with them for a third day now. No delivery of our fridge...and when the truck showed up, the "list" showing our products were crossed off...ofntje four listed, we recieved 3 of them months ago and we have been waiting in the fourth one, a LG fridge. When you call, you are on hold from anywhere between 30 minutes to three hours..my last screenshot shows a wait time of 2 hours, 40 minutes. I was hung up on during that call. It happened several times. My husband called yesterday, same thing...long wait time, hung up on. He was even sent to voice mail after waiting 25 minutes, he finally reached the number one wait position then boom, voice mail. This was just tje begining of our issues with Spirit. Today I was expecting my purchase from Home Depot. Two days before delivery, "Spirit Delivery" contacted me to confirm day, any time frame, of delivery. Wen day came, driver called half hour prior of delivery. Delivery guys were cheerful and professional. Everything went smoothly, caring, and professional way.
