Spire Therapy combines evidence based treatment along with therapeutic play activities to help kids feel supported and learn the skills to help them get through tough moments. Denise integrates individual work with family support to strengthen the household dynamic.
I’ve had the privilege of seeing the Spire program in action, and without hesitation, it works. This isn’t just another after-school skills session or typical 1:1 therapy session. It’s structured, intentional, and grounded in a deep clinical understanding of how adolescent and teen brains function!

I’ve been seeing Denise at Spire for a couple of years now. She provides amazing guidance on my personal life, relationships, and navigating my ADHD. When I expressed that I did not want to pursue medication, she respected that and helped me with learning practical skills on harnessing my ADHD to help me, which still prove to be incredibly useful to this day.
