They took incredibly good care of our senior doggo who needed TPLO. I was amazed how fully and quickly he recovered. 100/10 would take any loved ones there in the future.
Finn had shoulder surgery back in December and has made an outstanding recovery thanks to Dr. McAbee and his team’s expertise and experience. He is back to a very happy & active lifestyle with no pain whatsoever. It’s been such a joy and relief for our family to see him so happy and comfortable. Here is a picture of him on the beach after playing fetch for hours!

My 9 year old mini Aussie (Iorek) tore his CCL and meniscus, and I was an emotional mess. I met with Dr McAbee on December 8th and my sweet boy, had surgery on December 12th, 2025. The entire Spire team was beyond amazing throughout the day and kept me updated. They took the best care of my boy while he was in their care.
