Gotta say the food was amazing, I’m from Yemen and never had Afghan food before. The slight issue is that it was a little difficult trying to communicate with the old lady at the cashier, but everything got resolved! English was definitely not her strong suit. The wait time was okay, I could see they’re busy with a lot of customers but the wait was worth it! Afghan cuisines are very underrated! Would recommend for sure!
The customer service is zero. We order the catering for 1:00 pm, and it was not ready to 2:30pm. Later, the food was half of the quantity we ordered .
Spinzar Restaurant is a poor representation of Afghan hospitality and should not be associated with the Afghan community. We were double-booked, and despite the inconvenience, there was no apology or effort to make things right. The backroom, which was being rented out as a hall, was filthy, with garbage still present from the previous event. We had a program in Spenser Restaurant, Germany Hall On May 9, 2025 The hall was dirty. The Service guy was Disrespectful and the washrooms were broken and dirty, not useable in the serve guy through all the food on the floor. I paid for 100 people and my people totally came 60 And the food was remaining for 40 people. The owner of the Spenser Restaurant took our food which we already paid for that.
We ordered catering for 60 people and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, fresh, and there was so much of it—more than enough for everyone. The presentation was great, and everything was delivered right on time. Highly recommended for any event or gathering!
