Who knew working out could be so much fun? What an amazing staff this place has! Jill’s positive energy is infectious, and she makes everyone feel welcome and capable. It’s impossible not to have a good time riding with her, and I feel like family every time I walk through the door.

Walking into my first spin calls was the best decision I ever made! There is not a day I ever hesitate going to class. This gym makes me feel accepted and challenged at the same time. Daryl and Melissa are amazing instructors. I truly enjoy the music, intensity and fun we have with every class. I have never been a part of a workout program where I have felt so committed but has also brought me a feeling of accomplishment. This place has become my home away home. I’ve been doing spin for about 6 months now and it’s become my new obsession and passion. Spintensity is my happy place and I couldn’t be more thankful to have found them! From the instructors to the music, it really is an amazing experience. Spin has completely changed my perspective on working out and I can’t wait to see what the next 6 months will bring.
