Recently worked at the UAlbany drive-thru testing site and during my time there we had the best lunches from Spinners. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the calzones and the chocolate chip cookies (THE best!). I can’t wait to get over there and have lunch with friends!
We Visit Spinners Usually Bi Weekly. Tonight Experience was The Best Visit. The Lady who took our order went well out of her way to get my son food made that wasnt even on the Menu. She most definitely should be reconigzed. Blonde Hair Lady. Nice to see that type of Service.
My fiancé ordered vegan pizza and was given non vegan. I’ve lost count on how many times this place has messed up our order

Usually the food is excellent however something changed recently. We ordered today at 2:30pm. We were told it would be delivered by 3:15. At 3:45 I called to find out where it was and was told it would be leaving with the driver within a couple minutes. At 4:30 (2 hours later) the driver finally arrived. The chicken wings had so much sauce that it was dripping out of the container and we had to wipe some of it off the wings. It really made me rethink where I’ll be ordering from any more
Buffalo chicken salad is killer. So much chicken on this thing. Tomato, bacon ranch pizza. Very friendly person on the phone and on-time delivery. Thank you
Used to love Spinners, but lately they have been a disappointment. The quality has been going downhill. Quite frankly, if you look at what you are about serve and see that it has been overcooked, then you should probably not serve it. Sadly this was the case when I picked up the pizza and Mac and cheese bites. All it takes is 5 seconds to check the quality of the food before you send it out.
We love Spinners, but lately they have been letting us down. Tonight my friend and I ordered salads and asked for them to be put in a wrap. When we got home our wraps had all the toppings of the salad but was missing the most important part... THE LETTUCE! I want to say this doesn’t happen often, but last time we ordered, the order wasn’t 100% right either. Spinners has great food.
