My office orders from Spinners a couple times a month. They usually run late but this last time we ordered they were 25mins later than the latest time they said. We ordered at 11:30 and it arrived at 1:10. The food was cold and the drinks were warm. I called the store to complain and the girl I spoke to said "I don't know what you want me to say, it's not just your order all deliveries are late". Well I also work customer service, you compensate a customer when they complain.
This place has crappy cust service was told the order would be here quick. I called at the hour mark was told it would be on its way. told the girl to cancel the order and she hung up on me. Asked for a manager and was told he was doing a delivery. The girl who answered the phone was very rude. Dont order from this place
