I've been going to Dr. Spinner the last few weeks for rounds of therapy, and alignments after having sudden, awful pain in my mid back. I have mild scoliosis, but the pain really concerned me, as I am young and have never had much more than a backache from it. The receptionist was kind and so helpful when I made my initial appointment. She told me my co-pay (called my insur. company for me), answered all my questions and got me in quickly.
