After the military relocated me, I rented my house out through Spinnaker for 5 1/2 years. They were always great with communication and quick to handle any maintenance issues that came up. Despite living thousands of miles away from my home, I always felt confident that it was being taken care of.
I was charged for a move out carpet clean after supplying receipts of completion prior to move out. In addition, I was charged for carpet repair on a poorly and quickly remodeled townhome. Completely scammed, i cleaned the property better than move in. 8/14/25: I never received a phone call or email after numerous attempts to contact Spinnaker in regards to false charges placed during the move out process. 8/15/25: No call received despite VM and multiple emails. Will update next week.
We have been with Spinnaker for a couple of years now. They take good care of their clients, respond promptly and take care of the properties. Drew is the maintenance manger and she is always prompt, fast to respond and take care of the concerns.
