Very impressed! Went for consultation last week. Handled quickly and professionally. Received first injection today. It was easy and smooth! Saw me right on time, made me feel very comfortable and the actual procedure was significantly easier than I had envisioned. Went straight to work the rest of the day with no pain or side effects. I would highly recommend!
I am not only a patient but also an employee of SpineOne and I couldn’t be happier. I came into work one morning completely incapable of turning my head or raising my arms because the pain was so bad. I made a same day appt with Michael Schneider, PA-C, for an evaluation. I have always had mild neck issues, but nothing like this. After an evaluation and imaging were done, I was put on Dr. Hashim Khan’s schedule for a same day injection. The consultation appointments were with physician assistants rather than with actual medical doctors. They pushed injections as treatment, and I finally got to see a doctor for around 2 minutes before going in for the injection. The injection did nothing to help my back pain. The Bill for the injection was outrageous. They say have in network matching, but I have had surgery that didn't cost as much as these injections. Called to talk to there Billing, and they were absolutely no help.
Great organization and process. Saw a Doctor had Xray and mri all done with one phone call all on the same day!
The staff at this practice literally gave me my life back!
The PA didn't care about what i was feeling or were i was feeling it, i was their to get a second a pinion. Maybe find another alternative besides injection and meds to cover the problem up. Very Disappointed....
