This was the first time my friends and I have ever been to any Spinelli's and honestly it was the best pizza and cheese fries I've had in my life. Even despite it being a little burnt on the bottom. The staff were super friendly. Especially the girl working tonight. I didn't catch her name, but she had a ton of tattoos and her eyeliner was on pointe. Would 10/10 go back to this location just for her. She was as awesome as the food!

We found this place near our hotel. I purchased a slice of pepperoni and sausage. One slice was more like 2 anywhere else. The pizza was really good. The sauce was the difference. It had a sweet taste. I also ordered pepperoni knots. After it was explained how they make it, I was really looking forward to trying them. Unfortunately, all the knots were burnt on the bottom. I was very disappointed. My next trip back to Louisville, I'll still go back for the pizza.

Over 45 minutes for 2 slices of pizza...if the didn't say it would be up in 3 minutes 7 minutes ago I would've gotten my money and walked. This place has gone way down hill.
I'd give it a 0 rating if I could! HORRIBLE service and HORRIBLE attitudes will be the downfall of this business. Waited 3 hours for a fucking pizza with no knock and no phone call. Then the "manager" got mad hype over the phone talking shit.
Definitely the place for late night AMAZING grub in Louisville! I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in town.
Spinelli's has wonderful customer service. It has a very diverse environment. I love that everyone in the environment gets a chance to select their favorite music.
