Sub par pizza and avoid the "cheese bites" not happy at all
Awful. Be prepared for double the wait they say on the phone for deliveries and rude customer service.
I placed an order today for a Phillycheese Steak Stromboli through Grub hub at 11:17. At 11:34, GitHub sent me a text y'all were making it. When I called the down town restaurant at 1:10, guy said did not have an order, take it up with Grub hub. Grub hub confirmed the order was placed. You guys really know how to drive customers away.....
We ate here before going to a show at Mercury Ballroom. Food was good, spinach salads and a couple slices of pizza. Pizza slices were huge! They serve a decent selection of beers and have a juke box and an old school video game table.
This place is Lit af, the only negative reviews I see are coming from super entitled people who expect 5 min service from a place that serves handmade pizza in the middle of downtown.
About the only negative experience was with the slow service, which I attributed to the sole server being from another location. The selection of appetizers and pizza varieties was pretty extensive, considering that the menu is a tri- fold pamphlet. The pies and single slices are enormous! I had two slices of the Supreme, and a slice of the Taco. They were delicious! The crust was perfect, crispy enough to enjoy, and not too thick. And the beer was cold!
