My wife’s 4 year old $500,000 downtown townhome is having all kinds of issues from Spinells shoddy cheap work. When i first moved in, I noticed missing door seals (you could see the sunlight shining in!) Doors and cabinets do not close correctly and there’s water damage from a poorly installed window. Stay clear of these criminals. They took her to the cleaners. I’d be embarrassed to be a part of that company
