When it comes to unprofessional behavior this facility takes the cake , I called in ahead to schedule an appointment and they confirmed me an appointment a week later on a early Monday morning. I was in medium pain so i thought i can wait for a week before i get my knees looked at. I had an appt. set on a Friday and they called me 2 hour before and told me that they would have to reschedule due to emergency surgery. Fine, whatever so I reschedule for the following week. They call me four hours before my new appt. and tell me that they are no longer taking new clients. EXCUSE ME??? you couldn't have told me this when i FIRST tried to set up the original appt. I've been to multiple doctors concerning my back pain because I wanted to get different opinions. The first thing is the x-rays that were performed, are not needed to diagnose anything, its just another way to make money. I already had my mri results at the time of the visit, I asked the doctor to fill out my fmla and he said he would. Then the medical assistant came after him and said they are not allowed to fill it out unless I was getting surgery. Dr. Won is thorough, thoughtful, and a gifted surgeon. He exhausts non-surgical options first and uses minimally-invasive approaches when possible.
