All they want to do is give a facet epidural or injection of some sort that doesn't help the pain after a couple of days. Between what I owed and my insurance payed, it ran about $700 each time. The call back nurse tried to help me..the doctor could care less.
I've heard Dr Spruill is a great doc, but the process is screwed up! If there's something I hate, it's being lied to. I was told it would take 3-5 days to get authorization for a MRI. I was told a request was sent to insurance on Monday, but when I called my insurance company Wednesday, no request had been sent to them. I waited an entire week in pain for an epidural approval.
