I was referred to this organization in Rockwall Texas after an Emergency Room visit. To say they were helpful was a joke. I was told by them to bring a disc of my radiology report from the hospital. Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall informed me this would cost me out of pocket but Spine Team Texas could request it at no cost. Keep in mind this office in Rockwall is literally across the parking lot from the hospital. I asked to speak with Winona the office manager. I used to be a big proponent of Spine Team Texas, specifically the Rockwall location. I have been treated there since 2010. I received superb care up to and shortly after my surgery. I have had a couple of relapses though over the last 14 months. At each and every visit, I have had some kind of issue.
