I went to see Dr Cook after a 3+ week lower back injury. I had tried to get in to see my primary care and ended up going to urgent care due to the pain. He gave me some stretches to do that were somewhat similar to one on the list that urgent care gave me along with prescriptions. His instructions were to do them every waking hour and 5 days later I feel like a new woman. Urgent Care told me to stretch twice a day and stay in the prescriptions. I visit Carolyn, LMT about every 3-4 weeks. She is kind, courteous, professional, responsive to your needs, and is very skilled. She does a wonderful job and has helped greatly with my chronic pain. She's the best!

I am a weightlifter/crossfitter and have been having neck and shoulder issues for awhile. Within minutes of looking me over Dr. Cook knew all my weaknesses I didn't even know I had. He gave me daily drills and strength exercises. Also used grasting and massage/pressure points to loosen up my built up tissue. He's very intelligent, knows what he's doing, and is exceptional at it. I won't go anywhere else.
