Have met with Dr. Willis 2 times & Dr. Thomas today, they have been very informative and helpful with me making the right decisions in my healing process. Heather at the front desk is absolutely wonderful.
My MIL was referred to this office per her attorney for her MVA. Normally Michelle helps scheduling her apts. She is super nice and understanding because my MIL works only 2 days out of the week which she can rarely change unless of course its an emergency. I don't usually leave reviews on businesses because I am a business owner myself but, the way that I have been treated by the staff members at Zion Medical in the Port Orange office is an absolute unprofessional disgrace! First of all they screen your call then send you to the voicemails of staff members whom never return calls! If you call back they next day again your call is screened and the individual is actually sitting next to the person coaching them to say that they're busy and, send thm to voicemail!
