My MIL was referred to this office per her attorney for her MVA. Normally Michelle helps scheduling her apts. She is super nice and understanding because my MIL works only 2 days out of the week which she can rarely change unless of course its an emergency. I don't usually leave reviews on businesses because I am a business owner myself but, the way that I have been treated by the staff members at Zion Medical in the Port Orange office is an absolute unprofessional disgrace! First of all they screen your call then send you to the voicemails of staff members whom never return calls! My experience at Spine Recovery Clinic by far has been an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I have had several car accidents in the past and never really recovered. Dr. Claprood and his staff is very professional and caring. It’s not your typical chiropractor office, they make you feel at home. I have really bad anxiety and when I walked in I was nervous about the treatment but they made me feel really at ease and comfortable 100% !!
