I don't usually leave reviews on businesses because I am a business owner myself but, the way that I have been treated by the staff members at Zion Medical in the Port Orange office is an absolute unprofessional disgrace! First of all they screen your call then send you to the voicemails of staff members whom never return calls! My experience at Spine Recovery Clinic by far has been an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I have had several car accidents in the past and never really recovered. Dr. Claprood and his staff is very professional and caring. It’s not your typical chiropractor office, they make you feel at home. I have really bad anxiety and when I walked in I was nervous about the treatment but they made me feel really at ease and comfortable 100% !! I don't often write reviews on anything. However, I felt the need to do so after my experience at the spine clinic yesterday. I have been dealing with an ongoing back injury for years. I am constantly in pain and no one seems to really understand it or take it seriously. I suppose my young age and lack of insurance causes most doctors to assume I am looking for pain meds, which I understand since it is such a massive epidemic these days.
