Called to ask a question and never got an answer back. Showed up to my appointment and waited an hour in the lobby. After asking for an updated for the second time, they said it’d be at least another 30 minutes. Even though the office was “closing” already. Ended up just leaving. Multiple other people sitting in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes +. Dr. Gin-Ming Hsu of Spine, Pain & Rehabilitation Center of Colorado (SPARCC) is an expert in his field. In 2014, I experienced debilitating low back pain. I went through rounds of physical therapy and consulted with a couple of surgeons. The diagnosis was a bi-lateral herniated disk between L5-S1 and bulging disk between L4-L5.
