Finally finding relief from the extreme chronic pain I've been dealing with for over a decade. Lucky I found this place!!
Dr Hsu is great. Usually the Ablation procedures really hurt but there was just a tad bit of discomfort. I extremely recommend him and his staff. His technique is flawless and minimal pain. Friendly and really knows what he is doing. I heard horror stories about this procedure, but Dr Hsu did an amazing job no issues and a great experience. Explains everything prior to doing anything and walks you through all aspects of the procedure.
Experience severe chronic back pain for over 12 years with a couple of back surgeries. Pain management has been a long journey but feel Dr Hsu has taken the time to pinpoint the areas causing the pain and he provides a wide variety of treatments. His techniques differ from other practices, specifically with the method he uses combined with the knowledge he possesses allows Dr Hsu to choose from a wide variety of treatments he has to offer (ablations, cortisone, stem cell, etc). Called to ask a question and never got an answer back. Showed up to my appointment and waited an hour in the lobby. After asking for an updated for the second time, they said it’d be at least another 30 minutes. Even though the office was “closing” already. Ended up just leaving. Multiple other people sitting in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes +.
