Don't go here if you have medical anxiety! My doctor was SO rude and dismissive about it I cried. I dont know if he was judging me by my piercings, or just didn't care, but i felt extremely belittled the entire time by both the nurse and Dr.. Assumptions were made about my quality of life/pain that I had to correct because they wouldn't listen to anything. Dr. Hsu and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Hsu is extremely intelligent. He listens to the patient and can effectively communicate. The staff have great customer service skill. I really do like this office and the Dr. 10/10
I showed up 10min early to my appt and wasn't seen until close to 30min after my time. I felt extremely rushed the entire time by both the nurse and Dr.. Every time they'd ask me a question and I'd go to respond, I'd be cut off with another question that would have been answered if I could finish anything I was trying to say. Doctor Hsu is super dedicated to releaving pain in my back and knees. Love the staff for their understanding and professionalism. My overall pain has been reduced 98%.
I’ve had such a great experience here. Dr. Hsu really takes the time to listen and figure out a plan that actually works for you. He treats your pain like it matters—because it does. The whole crew in the office is warm, upbeat, and easy to be around. I felt comfortable and cared for from the start. Highly recommend!
