The staff is pretty decent. I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Donovan. I have never had a doctor not listen to me or make me feel worse after seeing them. He provided no solutions to my pain just tests and ignored my pleas of how much pain I am in. I eventually just had to go to the emergency room to get some relief. I also told him how painful driving is for me and that it's 60% of my job. I ask for some kind of documentation for work, this was just completely ignored by him. Dr. Lee, Dr. Hayes, Destiny, and of course Kaci are AMAZING!!!!!!! Their bedside manner, their openness, the way they listen to their patients, and their attention to detail is outstanding!!!!! They made our visits comfortable and pleasant. We highly recommend this office. The doctors and staff and wonderful !!!!!!
When my mom needed surgery, Dr. Hayes was the one doctor we fully trusted, and after going through this experience, I can honestly say we could not have asked for better care. He is very straightforward and honest, but in a way that makes you feel informed, prepared, and cared for. He never sugarcoated things, yet somehow always made us feel reassured at the same time. It was my first visit to this center. The office staff were welcoming but there was confusion about my pre-treatment medication. I was tokd verbally, to bring it with me but upon arrival, I was told I should have taken at least half of the dose 30 minutes prior to my arrival. They were not happy and I was very anxious. I was brought into a pretreatment area for check in but sat for 15 minutes alone .
